Είναι 31 τμ και περιλαμβάνουν 1 διπλό κρεβάτι και μία πολυθρόνα-κρεβάτι.Μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν έως 3 άτομα.Διαθέτουν κουζίνα με εξοπλισμό,τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης και θέα στο γραφικό χωριό της Καρυάς. Το κατάλυμα προσφέρει κλιματισμό,δωρεάν wifi και επιπλωμένο μπαλκόνι με θέα.Το κέντρο της Καρυάς είναι προσβάσιμο σε 900m και προσφέρει ταβέρνες και καταστήματα.
