Casa Evanti offers apartments, fully equipped with a discreet and elegant decor, warm colors and breathtaking views of the picturesque harbor and the green islands of Sivota. All rooms have a balcony or terrace. The advantage is the privileged location with direct access to a small square of the harbor, close to cafes, taverns and 150 meters from the nearest beach, without having to move a car if you do not wish or do not have. It is ideally positioned for those who have a boat for sea rides because the distance of the marina is just 100 m. away!

Neighborhood info

The graphic village of Sivota is located at the southwestern end of Thesprotia opposite Corfu and Paxos. It is just 24 km from the city with the largest port in the country, Igoumenitsa, which is node connections across Europe through Italy, 450 km from Athens and only 3 hours from Thessaloniki.
