Alexia Sarakinou and her team own AIM services that rents out holiday homes to guests from all over the world. All staff are holiday experts and have grown up in the village of Kassiopi so know the area and the surrounding ones throughout. All staff have studied tourism & hospitality management and have several years experience in the travel industry in Greece and the UK.

Villa Casa Markapela is located on the seafront, right on the beach, with a great view of the surrounding bay of Kalamionas, in Kassiopi. It is a 2 minute walk from the village center, making it a convenient place to stay while on holiday in Corfu. It is a 3 bedroom villa, with plenty of outdoor space, enough room indoors and outdoors to dine. It is suitable mainly for couples, or, families with older children, and, has all the facilities to make their stay comfortable and relaxing. Guests can also opt to having a chef to cook them meals, for an extra cost, upon request. The villa has three comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and, a living room area, where there is a TV and bluetooth hifi. Outdoors guests can relax on the comfortable furniture, while looking out to the sea, or, make use of the portable barbeque. There is also room for sunbathing on the grass. There is wifi access throughout the villa.

Kassiopi has blossomed from it origins as a quiet little fishing village into a small, beautiful and bustling resort which has something for everyone, from families to couples and groups. There are several shingle beaches within an easy five to ten minute stroll of the village. The pretty harbour is a centre for day trips and is lined with smart cafes, restaurants and bars, making it a perfect spot for relaxing and watching the world go by. Kassiopi also boasts a wide range of gift shops with something to cater for every taste. There are many more excellent tavernas and bars scattered throughout this small village striking a perfect balance for both those who wish for a quiet, more traditional atmosphere and those who enjoy some lively nights with music and dancing.
