Casa Mia house is located about 3.5 km from the town of Skopelos in the area of Stafilos. Just 5 minutes from Stafilos beach by car and from the port of Skopelos as well. It's a comfortable house with 3 a/c equipped bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortably furnished living room, a dining table for 6 persons and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for relaxing holidays. A great option for large families and couples. The private parking area of the house allows you to use your car and visit all the beaches and villages of the island.

The neighborhood is really peaceful. Stafilos beach is the closest organized beach to the town of Skopelos at a distance of 4km. And there is a restaurant near by too. There is also Velanio beach (organized) located next to Stafilos beach which is accessible on foot (5 min). In order to reach Velanio beach you should cross Stafilos beach and walk through a mountain path. A part of Velanio beach has declared as a nudist beach.
