The two familly villas "Casa Nuova" are located in Liapades village, a picturesque village of Corfu and are set in five acres of land, amongst olive trees & flowers. The surrounding area is one of natural beauty and rich vegetation. Amenities include common outdoor spaces and parking. There is also a common pool with umbrellas, sunbeds and a small portable barbecue available for clients who wish to organize enjoyable nights. Indoor facilities include furnished balconies, Wi-Fi access, satellite TV, air-condition, hair dryer and a washing machine available in each villa. Moreover, the three-bedroom and well equipped villas have two bathrooms each, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, household and kitchen utensils and a spacious living room. Every villa can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The two closest beaches (from the twelve that exist in the area and belong to Liapades) are just 300-400 meters from the villas "Casa Nuova". The first one is fully accessible from a path or by boat, while the second is reachable by car. As an organized beach, restaurants, sunbeds, umbrellas, water sport facilities, diving courses and boat rental are available. Upon request we offer a tour boat reservation or boat rental for you, your family and friends gaining a 10 % discount as "Casa Nuova" members. As a result, you have the opportunity to explore by yourself or with a captain the rest of the beaches and caves of Liapades, which constitute the jewel of the Ionian Sea and can be reached only by sea. The magical underwater world of this particular area of Corfu will be an unforgettable experience. Moreover, you have the possibility to organize with our help a one day trip to the Corfu closest island of ‘’Mathraki’’ or the perfect vacation sunset evening.
The family villas are situated just 400 meters from the center of the village of Liapades which is well-known for its traditional cafeterias and its narrow streets. There are also minimarkets, restaurants and an ATM machine 250 meters from the villas. In addition, 500 meters away is a bus stop (there are frequent bus routes to Corfu and Palaiokastritsa). The Liapades Pharmacy, the local medical center and automotorental as well as motorbicycle rental are also in close proximity to the villas. Moreover, the biggest water park of Corfu, famous for both children`s and adult`s fun and a golf club are 10 km away.
