Casa Vista 360, is a room (14 sq.m), situated on a hill of Karpathos town (Pigadia), with a breathtaking view of the town. The building is new, as its construction started in 2015 and finished in 2017. It is around 1,5 kilometers far from the center, in a big land, so you will need to have a car/bike. The room is actually a separate part in the first floor of the villa, with it's now bathroom and private veranda (the guests does not have to pass through the owner apartment). But the guests can also have access at the huge veranda, with the 5 Persons Spa System (you can use with extra charge/cost and you have to follow the rules and use it properly), the hammock and the lounge chairs. In any place of the building you choose to seat, you will always have the amazing view which you'll never forget! Furthermore, there is a fully equipped gym in the same floor, which you can use with a low extra charge. There is a small fridge, a hot water boiler to make your free tea/coffee. The area where the building is situated is 1.5 km from Karpathos Town center, in a big land, with a beathtaking view. The closest building is a Supermarket and the Bowling Center, but nothing is so close to annoy our guests. You will enjoy the total tranquility of the area!
