The apartment is very clean and cozy. It has a queen-size master bedroom, second full-size bedroom, and sleeping sofa. 4K UHD TV, free WI-FI, fully equipped kitchen welcome you for your comfort and relax, 3 AC units in each room. Accommodation/late arrival is not a problem, cancellation not later than 48 h prior the arrival is flexible with NO extra fees. Smoking-free place, no party, no pets. Rental fee is fixed not including the cleaning and garbage disposal (clients will NOT be charge extra fees if maintain on their own). Rent can be changed according to the season, holidays, entertainments like shows, exhibitions, carnivals and parades, etc. Extra fees and penalty will be charged for violations of the host rules. Week rentals will have 10% discount. Minimum two (2) nights is required, but is flexible according to the circumstances.
My name is Ilko and my wife's name is Elli. Both we graduate (under- and graduate degrees) a long time ago. We love our place, we love to travel, love music, art, history and culture as well. We spent our time here in Athens, Greece, and in US. Please join us and enjoy your staying in this nice island and our neat and cozy place. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, elevator is available. It is about 2 minutes away from local beach or 5 minutes from the larger one. It is about 5-8 minutes walking from shopping area, restaurants and taverns, entertainments, 10 minutes from hospital, and 10 minutes (by car) to the best beaches. Grocery, pastry and coffee shops are around the corner. Historical and cultural places, churches and museum are nearby the place. Welcome to Chalkida on Evia island and enjoy while you're here.
