Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στην συνοικία των Παλαιών Βόλου, πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό (ΚΤΕΛ) των λεωφορείων (500μ) και το Πολυτεχνείο ,1χλμ από το λιμάνι του Βόλου, καθώς και 12 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον εμπορικό δρόμο του Βόλου (Ερμού). Αποτελείται από 2 (Α+Β) αυτόνομες δίχωρες γκαρσονιέρες η κάθε μια έχει την δικιά της είσοδο από μία κοινή αυλή. -Η μια (Α) μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 4 άτομα, έχει στο ένα δωμάτιο 1 μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι, και στο άλλο 1 μονό κρεβάτι και άλλο ένα ανοιγόμενο κρεβάτι. -Η άλλη (Β) μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 3 άτομα, στο ένα δωμάτιο είναι το διπλό κρεβάτι και στο άλλο το μονό. -Και οι δύο έχουν : -Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα -Ψυγείο -Aircondition σε όλα τα δωμάτια -Θέρμανση με σώματα -Ζεστό νερό συνέχεια. -Εύκολο Parking στο δρόμο.
