PROPERTY INFORMATION Chora Residence offers accommodation on Skopelos Island. Made with love and care, will offer you a unique experience of the island‘s every day life! The high-ceiling living room, the little full equipped kitchen as long as the town view of the balcony is exceptional and it will make you feel like home! The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building, just next to OUR brand new little coffee-concept store “Chora Sip & Bites”. As you take the stairs to the 1st floor, you come up in front of a private entrance. The house provides 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people at maximum. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a sofa double bed. A cozy sitting room with a dining area, a small kitchen (air fryer, portable electric stove eye, espresso machine, kettle, no oven, no dishwasher, no washing machine), 2 AC units (1st bedroom, sitting room), 1 floor fan (2nd bedroom) as well as 1WC/bathroom with towels and a hairdryer are provided during your stay. A flat-screen smart TVs and FREE WIFI are offered free of charge to our guests. Please, keep in mind that, if you have little babies or toddlers or mobility difficulties, our place does not provide a park seat, as it is located in the traditional settlement of the island, on a little stone road, YOU CAN ONLY CROSS ON FEET, 450m away from the Port (7min walking distance). You can walk and carry your luggage really easily, but there is a staircase to go upstairs to the apartment. You can park your car free of charge at the Port.

NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION If you head up to Mylos Square you will find Castello Taverna and then Castle Enetiko where you can enjoy traditional Greek Music and Food at Taverna Anatoli. Allonissos island is the best sea view you have from there! One of the best restaurants in town, is Anna's Restaurant! The one and only sushi bar on the island is Soya and it is worth to visit. One of the best sea view, seafood restaurants is Korali in Agnondas Gulf, during the sunset. We also suggest Mercurius and Skala Bar for a nice evening cocktail. Don't forget to visit Screwdriver Bar, just next to the house! Fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, tea, cold sandwiches, toasts, pies, or even wine & cocktails are served daily until midnight at OUR brand new place “Chora Sip & Bites”. So, try out our creative recipes and enjoy take away breakfast, delivered right to your door! For Breakfast or Brunch you can also visit Anemos Coffee Brunch and for your take away breakfast we definitely suggest Kohili | homemade delicacies. You can reach all beaches by car or by bus which leaves every 10 min from the port of Skopelos. The best places to swim are Velanio Beach at Stafylos, Panormos, Hovolo, Limnonari and Kastani Beach. One of our favourites is the alternative Beach of Milia!
