A luxurious, self-contained apartment of 70 sqm in the Ioannina Countryside area, close to the airport. It consists of two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, spacious living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Outside, it has a large courtyard with a table to enjoy your coffee or meal. It is only 35 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car from the city center. Also, the apartment is technologically equipped with smart systems for the comfort and hygiene of the guests. 1). It has a special drinking water filter of the latest generation. 2).There is special electrical equipment where in the event of a power outage and in combination with the fact that the house has a certified LPG installation, it can support in the event of a power outage for 8 hours to have electricity while no one else will have it without being deprived of anything (i.e. supply hot water, a kitchen for cooking and a basic lighting until the power is restored by the provider. 3). It is also a house where in the hot months and for those who do not like vines for reasons of hygiene, it is a particularly cool house without feeling that there should be vines (natural attraction and very good cool location).
