The 57 sq m renovated (2024) apartment features a modern living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with a comfortable sofa, a 50-inch smart TV, a table with 4 chairs and a state-of-the-art air conditioner, two bedrooms with new double beds and mattresses, 1 smart TV and a state-of-the-art air conditioner in each room, a modern brand new bathroom and a large private courtyard with a comfortable bamboo lounge and many beautiful plants.
