Property info

It is our family's ancestral island home, which was renovated from the ground up and transformed into a hospitality space, preserving the natural elements of the area, with traditional and neo-baroque character. Its complete renovation respected as much as possible the old structure and dressed it with the comforts of our time. Its spaces are functional, warm and well-kept. The view from the yard and its location completes its special beauty. We hope you will feel at home.

Neighborhood info

The house is located in a special neighborhood. It is one of the most traditional neighbourhoods on the island. It looks like a private neighborhood as the house is located at the end of the street before the church. In Saint Nicholas Square, the view is unique from the island's famous clock tower. The view towards the old port, towards central Street, towards the town, the small islands, the lighthouse an so much more. All beautiful and unique. The house is accessible by small vehicle like scooter or ATV, from the ring road and on foot from steps, or central street, following the signs for Agios Nikolaos or Kotroni neighbourhood.
