Second floor with elevator, two balconies and beautiful views of Garitsa park, some views of the sea, and the Old Fortress. 15 minute walk to Corfu town centre, and bathing spots. Fresh food stores a minute away.
There are a number of options for food shopping in the neighbourhood, there are two bakeries, a small supermarket and fruit/vegetable shops less than a minute away. Towards the bay to the right there are two tavernas right next to each other, both of which offer good quality local meals. Further to the right on the bay there are more tavernas, fish restaurants and so on. On street parking is always available in front of the property. You can walk to the old town in 15 minutes through by the picturesque Garitsa bay, or cut through to the commercial centre in similar time
