the house situated close to the town palace.5 minutes walk you can meet the gate of agios nikolaos where you can enjoy swimming in the nearby beach.close to the beach you can find restaurants and cafe's.10 minutes walk you can see the famous monastery of st. spiridon. A significaant point close to the house is the venetian well and restarant. 10 minutes walk and you are in the center of the tawn where you can find all kind of shops and cafe's. Two kilometers away you can find another beach where is the famous mon repo's palace and beach. Last but not least next to the house is a small squere with mini markets a small cafe and a reataurant.PLEASE NOTE TAXIES NOT EBTERED THE OLD TOWN. ALSO THE FLAT SUTUATED IN THE 2ND FLOOR WITH A LOT OF STAIRS. OLD QUESTS SUGESTED TO AVOID.
