My flat has open space and good energy and is the place where I feel comfortable and relax. Is a quite, relaxing & aesthetically pleasing flat consisting of two bedrooms with a double bed. You will occupy one of them, I stay in the other room. There is a living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen - NO dish washer-, a bathroom with amenities, and a hall. The flat is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, A/C & double glazing windows. There are two balconies - one with Sea view & unforgettable sunset views where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner, your coffee or a nap in the hammock & a cute Garden view balcony where you can sit & enjoy your cigarette. Pls note that there is also a small quite dog at the property. Located in a safe, residential neighbourhood with direct access to all public transport next to a main street with local restaurants, cafes, super markets and shops. Is the best place to relax after a busy day of exploring beautiful Athens or the sea site! Dear guests note that in Greece there is an enviromental fee known as "Climate Crisis Resilience Fee" which is 8 euro per night for hotels & short term rentals. We, the hosts have to collect it & pay it to the goverment. If you inquire an invoice, I want to inform you that as a property I m not able to provide you with an invoice in case needed.

The flat is located 2 km from the beach of Glyfada, 1.8 km from the center of Glyfada, 1.4 km km from ELLINIKO Metro Station, 600m or 13 min walk to Glyfada GOLF club and the ELLINIKON PROJECT & just .2 km or 3 streets from Mediterraneo Hospital. Bus Stops are conveniently located close from your accommodation providing easy access to the metro, the beach & to the center of Athens. Easy access to Busses X96 or X97 from/to the airport & to Piraias. 200 m away is the bus to the center of Glyfada. Just 20 min walk is "ELLINIKO" Metro Station (Red Metro/Underground line). 10 min walk to Bus Stations taking you to different places within Attika. The Tram station takes you to the city center, the Faliro Marina or to the coast line from Voula to Piraias & is 25 min walk. Also there are many taxi in the main road 200 meters away from the apartment.
