The house is located between the beach and the central market of Nea Makri, offering easy access to night life, public transportation and various activities for you and your family. The airport is just 30 minutes away and the beach just 30 meters while there is a bus station two blocks away from the house. Visitors will have free access to parking, wifi, boiler, cooking equipment and the barbeque located in the garden.
Located in a quiet neighborhood only just 35 kilometers away from the center of Athens, the house can offer a balanced vacation for those who want to access both the city life of Greece’s capital and a calm place to rest and be close to nature. Except from easy access to Athens, visitors will also have the chance to visit the historical town of Marathon including Marathon’s Museum, the Timvos monument and the Marathon Run Museum. They will also be able to visit Nea Makri’s Museum and the Monastry of Saint Efrem originating from the 10nth century. Nea Markri offers a great number of places to have fun including coffee shops, night clubs, but its also a place where you will be able to relax and enjoy your holidays nearby the Aegean sea.
