Η Καλλιθέα, Τζιτζιφιές είναι μία ήρεμη γειτονιά με ωραία εστιατόρια και καφέ ένα βήμα από την θάλασσα και κοντά στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Είναι μόνο 700 μ. μακρυά από το Ίδρυμα Σταύρου Νιάρχου, 600 μ. μακρυά από την Μαρίνα Δέλτα Καλλιθέας και 1,4 χλμ. μακρυά από τη Μαρίνα Φλοίσβου.
