The house is a greek new-classical stone built mansion, that was constructed before year 1900. The architectural elements used on the construction, are features of traditional Santorini urban characteristics with rectangular exterior lines, flat terraces, and the cross-vaulted or troughstyle ceilings. The house is at the beginning of the traditional settlement Kontochori, next to Fira the famous capital of the island, in a quiet alley approximately 350 meters away from the center with all major attractions and the breathtaking caldera view, as well as the cable car, the taxi station and the bus station. The house, is completely renovated with the latest modern decorative furniture, offering luxury and comfort to its guests.

Neighborhood info

The house is at the beginning of the traditional settlement Kontochori, in Fira the famous capital of the island, in a quiet alley approximately 350 meters away from the center with all major attractions, the breathtaking caldera, the cable car, the taxi and bus stations. The mansion is also located 350 meters away from the center of Santorini’s famous nightlife district that dominates -as classical value- the center of Fira along the caldera, overlooking the volcano. Morning time, is the best time (unless you go to a beach), to enjoy a coffee, overlooking the caldera which is a few minutes walk from our Mansion and shop while strolling the narrow whitewashed alleys of Fira which is filled with all kinds of selling points, from jewelleries to eccentric fashionable clothing & footwear shops.
