“Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. Το πάρκινγκ βόλεψε πολύ γιατί είχαμε αυτοκίνητο. Ο κλιματισμός ήταν τέλειος. Σε 5 λεπτά το σπίτι ήταν στην κατάλληλη θερμοκρασία. Και ζεστό νερό είχε συνεχώς λόγω ηλιακού θερμοσίφωνα για να κάνεις μπάνιο οπότε...”

“Κουκλιστικο διαμέρισμα, πλήρες από παροχές, δίχωρο, χωράει άνετα τρία άτομα, με ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Τοποθεσία άριστη, 10 λεπτά από την κεντρική Μαρίνα και 10 λεπτά από τις παραλίες της πολης,, δε χρειάστηκε να κουνήσουμε αμάξι. Θα το τιμήσουμε...”

Cozy apartment offers accommodation for 3 people with 2 bedrooms (double and single), kitchen-living room, bathroom,a new flat-screen TV and 2 new air conditioners. Also provides 2 terraces, is bright and cool. The car parking is located on the floor of the apartment building is private and is of course available free of charge. In the neighborhood if you have a second car you can park for free outside in the surrounding streets.

The sea called "blue coast" for swimming is just far away 800 metres and the sea called "monolithi" is far away 5 Km where last year the "Forbes" magazine reported on the safest and longest 25 km long sandy beach in Europe. Also the "ancient Nikopolis" is far away 7 Km. Very close to the apartment at 100 m there is a pharmacy, supermarket (AB Vassilopoulos), cafeteria-bar, bakery, butchers, kiosk, barbecues for food and grocery store. There is also a public sports field.
