Welcome to Dimitra Houses. Our estate of 4000 sqm features 2 modern apartments and a brand new villa, offering you your own little slice of paradise. Dimitra Houses 1, a 37 sqm apartment, has its own access to our beautiful beach, complete with sunbeds and canoes. Surrounded by a lovely vineyard and plenty of greenery, it’s a place to relax, unwind, and let the peaceful surroundings inspire you. Our bicycles are available anytime for you to explore the around area.
The calming sounds of nature and the refreshing sea breeze, are promsing instantly relaxing and rejuvenating moments. The village of ''Lefkimmi'' is only a short 5-minute drive away. There you can find a variety of cafes, bars, and lokal markets. Also, there are plenty of beautiful spots close by worth exploring, including the Lefkimmi River, Gardenos Beach, Petriti, and Marathias, where you can enjoy the sea and local food.
