We offer a traditional Skopelitian house in the historic village of Palio Klima. This charming home offers a peaceful retreat away from busy tourist spots, with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and breathtaking sunsets. Well-equipped for a comfortable stay, it features a cozy double bedroom, a living room with a sofa that converts into a single bed (accommodating up to three guests), a well-stocked kitchen, a bathroom, and a veranda perfect for enjoying your meals while taking in the scenery. Bedroom: Double bed with fresh sheets, extra blankets, and table fan. Living Room: Cozy seating area, air conditioning, fireplace, sofa that converts into a single bed. Kitchen: Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, stove, refrigerator, and essentials for meal preparation. Bathroom: Shower, shampoo, shower gel, fresh towels, and other toiletries. Veranda: Outdoor dining space with stunning sea views, perfect for relaxing meals. The property does not have a washing machine, but if you need to do laundry during your stay, just let us know, and we’ll arrange it for you. ATTENTION! The village is not accessible by car; however, a free of charge public parking is available only 400 m from the entrance of the village. Guests can reach the house by motorcycle and park directly outside.

Palio Klima is perhaps the only village in Skopelos that has fully preserved its traditional character. With no roads, only charming stone-paved alleyways, it offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle of tourist activities. A scenic hiking trail leads to the small port of Loutraki, perfect for nature lovers. One of the highlights of both the house and the village is the tranquility, the authentic architecture, and the close proximity to Skopelos’ stunning beaches, including Kastani, Milia, Hovolo, Perivoliou, Panormos, and others. Additionally, the iconic chapel of Agios Ioannis in Kastri, made famous by the movie Mamma Mia, is just 12 minutes drive (5.4km) from Palio Klima. PLEASE NOTE that Palio Klima has no supermarkets or shops. The nearest supermarket and other stores are located in Neo Klima Elios, 3.5 km away
