It is a fully equipped townhouse with two bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bedroom with the two single beds does not have air conditioning but is covered by the other two air conditioning. On the lower floor is the fully equipped kitchen and the living room. In the fenced yard there is a covered area (kiosk) with a barbecue, dining area and kitchen counter. The house is ideal for families and friends and has a lovely courtyard with flowers and a gazebo. It is located 200 m. from the nearest beach which is ideal for children and very close to the blue flag recognized Monolithi beach. Only 5 minutes by car from the center of Preveza. The total price includes the mandatory Greek Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (8 euros per night from April to October, 2 euros per night from November to March), a government-imposed charge to support environmental sustainability. No additional fees will be collected at check-in.
