For Nature Lovers & Explorers Our property is located on the Akrotiri peninsula, in a quiet and natural setting just 10 minutes from Chania’s old town. There are no immediate neighbours, and although the airport is nearby, it is neither visible nor audible. This is the perfect base for guests who want to discover Crete individually: enjoying breakfast outdoors in the morning, exploring turquoise sandy beaches during the day, and wandering through Chania’s old town in the evening – before returning to your own peaceful green retreat. The enclosed garden offers a shared swimming pool and a small fitness area, used by both units and by us as hosts. Tiny House The Tiny House is a lovingly converted caravan with its own private garden surrounded by fruit trees. It features a double bed, kitchen, seating and dining area, and a private toilet. A special highlight is the outdoor shower in the private garden – a unique open-air experience under the Cretan sky. A shaded pergola creates a relaxing outdoor living space. Tent The large, solid and wind-protected tent has its own terrace with wide views across olive groves all the way down to the sea. It is fully equipped with a double bed, kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning and electricity. The atmosphere is open, natural and comfortable at the same time. Within a few minutes you can reach beautiful sandy beaches such as Seitan Limani and Stavros. The village of Kounoupidiana, with supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants, is also close by. We live on site and know the peninsula and West Crete very well. As we also organise guided walking tours, we are happy to share personal tips about lesser-known beaches, scenic viewpoints and beautiful nature trails. A car is recommended in order to explore the area comfortably. This place is ideal for guests who prefer authentic experiences over mass tourism and who are looking for a peaceful base while exploring the island.
