It has 1 king size bed (1.6X2 meters) and 1 sofa bed (1.2X1.9 meters), which can accommodate up to 4 people, which could be adults, but the ideal would be a pair with 2 children. It has a terrace, with terrace furniture, a fenced yard with grass for children's play, a large barbecue and views of the countryside. It is 160 meters from the city bus stop. The apartment is an ultra-stylish heated and air-conditioned studio, with a TV, electric stove, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, steam iron, ironing board, hair dryer, cleaning and disinfecting items, etc. For heating, it has a radiator and a fireplace (the fireplace has an extra charge and you should inform us in advance of the amount of wood you will need).
