Το κατάλυμα με τα 3 διαμερίσματα, ( 2 διαμερίσματα, 2 υπνοδωματίων που βρίσκονται στο 2ο όροφο του κτιρίου, 1 διαμέρισμα 3 υπνοδωματίων, που βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο του κτιρίου και 1 Στούντιο που βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο του κτιρίου, βρίσκεται σε μία ήσυχη περιοχή, στο μικρό λιμανάκι του Λουτρακίου ( Γλώσσας ), μπροστά στη θάλασσα ( 5μέτρα ). 100 μ. απόσταση βρίσκεται μία όμορφη μικρή παραλία και μία μεγαλύτερη, 200 μ απόσταση. Το κέντρο βρισκεται σε απόσταση 150 μ., και έχει παιδική χαρά, καφατέριες, εστιατόρια, μάρκετ, στάση λεοφωρείου και ταξί. Η Βίλα Ευμενια, βρίσκεται στην κορυφή του λόφου, 400 μέτρα, από το λιμανάκι του Λουτρακίου ( Γλώσσας), και έχει πανοραμική θέα στη θάλασσα, στο βουνό και στους γραφικούς οικισμούς.Η Βίλα Ευμενια, διαθέτει άνετο ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, ακριβώς μπροστά. Οι ιδιοκτήτες μένουν στο ισόγειο. Προσφέρουν στους επισκέπτες, ένα βραδινό μπάρμπεκιου κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής τους. Επίσης προσφέρεται μεταφορά των επισκεπτών από και προς το λιμάνι.
