The property offers rooms both on the ground floor and in the main building. Some rooms feature sea views, while the rooms in the main building are designated exclusively for adults (adults only). All areas are equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi and a central air conditioning system (cooling/heating), which is adjusted depending on the season to ensure maximum comfort throughout the year. The rooms include basic kitchen facilities such as a microwave oven, plates, glasses, coffee cups, and cutlery, as well as a capsule coffee machine and a kettle for the convenient preparation of beverages. Please note that this is not a fully equipped kitchen, as there is no stove or cooking facilities. Ammoudara is known for its long sandy beach, stretching for approximately 7 kilometers, with golden sand and clean, shallow waters that are ideal for families and relaxation. Along the main avenue, you will find a variety of cafés, tavernas, beach bars, mini markets, pharmacies, and shops that cater to every traveler’s needs — while in the evening, the area comes alive with a pleasant and vibrant atmosphere without excessive noise. Ammoudara is also an excellent base for exploring the city of Heraklion, as it is only 10–15 minutes from the city center, with very frequent bus services connecting the coastal area to downtown.
