This beautiful stone villa is the perfect place to relax and explore all the hidden treasures of Halkidiki. Surrounded by a wonderful garden with flowers and trees, near Poseidi, it offers a unique opportunity for relaxation and privacy. It is located close to a crystal clear sea and a sandy beach and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The private pool and jacuzzi promise to satisfy your expectations. Just a 5-minute drive from Poseidi, one of Halkidiki's most unique destinations, with panoramic views of the mountains and green pines, this stone-built villa with private pool and jacuzzi is the ideal base to explore the peninsula of Cassandra. The property is divided into 2 levels, has a total area of ​​110 sq.m. and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It is located within a residential complex with private parking and a secure gate. The ground floor, where the main entrance is located, boasts a bright living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a bedroom with queen size bed and a closet, a bathroom with a shower and a second bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. There is an air conditioning unit at the ground floor living room area of the villa, while upstairs where the two rooms are located you will find air conditioning units in both rooms too.
