Named after our beloved grandmother, Eftychia (which means happiness in Greek), the apartment reflects the warmth, kindness and generosity she shared with everyone around her. For the past two years, this wasn’t just a holiday apartment—it was our own family home while we settled permanently in Corfu and raised our twin daughters. Living here every day helped us create a space that is practical, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped, with all the little details that make a house truly feel like home. Now that we’ve moved into our new home, we’re delighted to welcome guests once again. Located in the quiet village of Kompitsi, just minutes from Corfu Town and within easy reach of some of the island’s most beautiful beaches, the apartment offers the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience.

Hospitality has always been part of our family’s story. Our parents spent many years managing hotels, welcoming thousands of guests from all over the world. Even in retirement, they continue to believe that genuine hospitality is found in the little things: spotless cleanliness, thoughtful details and making every guest feel genuinely welcome. Together with us—Giorgos and Evdokia—they continue this tradition as a family. After years of city life, we chose Corfu as the place to build a slower, more meaningful life and raise our twin daughters.
