Maisonette 117 sq.m., which includes on the ground floor 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room 40 sq.m. with 2 double beds and 2 corner built-in sofas, 1 kitchen-dining room 20 sq.m. fully equipped, 1 W.C. and 1 bathroom, and on the first floor 1 bedroom 40 sq.m. with 1 large double bed, 1 double sofa bed and 1 bathroom, is located on a plot of 3 houses in Valtos-Parga, which has direct access to the sea shore. In Valtos beach, in front of the house, there are organised swimming and water-sports facilities (not included to the price of the house) and several seaside cafe-restaurants. There are also taxi-boats to hire to various scenic beaches of the area and the port of Parga, which is accesable in a 5-minutes drive . Unique view from the house of the Venetian castle of Parga and the Ionian Sea. Transportation to and from the house is made by car or by radio-taxi Parga. The center of Parga is 10' away by car, or by taxi-boat There is also a taxi-boat station 200 m. from the house, for daily trips to various scenic beaches near Parga, e.g. Lihnos, Karavostasi etc .

Direct access from the residence to the beach of Valtos (Chrysogiali) Parga (30 metres ) with no street traffic, as well as to water sports facilities and seaside cafes-restaurants. 5 minutes walk on taxi boats to various scenic beaches of the area and the harbor of Parga
