Elea Villas are located in Apokoronos county, to the east of the city of Chania. They overlook the Cretan Sea to the north and gaze at the White Mountains to the east, as they stand close to beautiful beaches and traditional villages. Each three-storey villa spans across 200 sq. m and can accommodate 10 people in its 5 bedrooms, making it perfect to host up to two families travelling together. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night/per villa from April to October and 4 euros per night/per villa from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Aspro is an traditional Cretan village with narrow stone streets, great views and paths to walk which is located on a hill in the Apokoronas and it’s only 2 minutes from the sea and nearby villages with tavernas and more. Apokoronas characterised by the natural environment, seaside resorts & picturesque traditional villages and settlements The closest living area is Almyrida , which is located (23km east of Chania city) on the south shores of Souda Bay and it is a very quiet resort with all basic amenities such as restaurants, cafes, mini-markets and superb sea. Another living area nearby is Kalives village (5 km away) ideal place for your holiday with all facilities (restaurants & cafes, super markets, bank, pharmacies, doctors, shops, fuel stations etc.) and its amazing beach. ( Almyrida & Kalives, two of the most famous seaside resort in the region of Apokoronas. ) Close to the villa you will find several sandy beaches that you should visit. One of the most popular beaches in addition to the nearest beach of Almirida and Kalives is Kiani Akti beach, a very well-organized beach with crystal clear waters and plenty of water sports and services, around 7 km away.
