Welcome to your holiday getaway, a four-bedroom villa that accommodates up to 12 guests, offering sea views of Elounda Bay and the historic Spinalonga Island. Ground Floor Step into the heart of the Elounda Panorama Villa, where the open space living, kitchen, dining area, and master bedroom are situated. The living area offers comfortable seating, arranged to take full advantage of the panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling glass doors.The living room area also features a 50” Smart TV and an LG Bluetooth speaker. Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen and a table that can comfortably seat 6 guests. The dining area is a space comfortably seating up to 6 guests. On this floor, you will also find the Master bedroom. This bedroom features a King-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, and a safe deposit box. Lower Floor Here you will find the playroom and the 3 remaining bedrooms. The lower floor is equipped with a 75” Smart TV, a PlayStation 5, plush seating, and soft lighting, this room offers an immersive viewing and relaxing experience. Adding a playful twist, this area also features two comfortable bunk beds (0,90 x 1,90), making it an ideal space for children or additional guests to enjoy a unique and fun sleeping arrangement. The use of pool heating system will cost additional 60 euros per day (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice). Otherwise, there are no additional charges after your arrival. **Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The villa is located on the outskirts of Elounda village in a peaceful settlement called “Mavrikiano”. Elounda (1.5 km) and Agios Nikolaos (12 km) are the closest major towns, definitely worth-visiting, as they are known around the world for their beauty and where guests can find all kinds of daily amenities, restaurants and cafes. Elounda is famous for its luxurious accommodation options that host celebrities from all over the world, but apart from its glamorous character, Elounda has to offer visitors some of the most beautiful landscapes in Crete. Plaka is located opposite the entrance of the Elounda lagoon, 3.9 km away from the villa, in one of the most beautiful spots of the entire island boasting wonderful views to Spinaloga. You can find several traditional taverns and lovely old houses, which give you the impression that time has stopped a century ago.
