This villa is ideal for families with kids as it's within walking distance to the beach! What makes this house to stand out is the warm welcome owner who will look after you during your stay and make you feel very comfortable. Another point is the amazing view from the balcony/terrace ....Sit and relax while you enjoy you cocktail looking at the beautiful sunset! * Please note that the "climate crisis resilience fee" (mandatory government tax) of 15 euros per night is applicableand payable in cash upon arrival, directly to the owner of the villa. * Please respect the quiet hours from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00 and not make excssive noise during these times.

Our villa is located on a hillside of a small picturesque village right outside Rethymno city center. You are very close to everything you can possible need to have great time on your holidays! Walking distance to everything : beach, restaurants, super market, bakery The Historical Old City center of Rethymno is just 6,5 km away where you can discover the venetian beauty of our town. Do not forget to visit our Fortress Fortezza, the Old Port - Light House and walk around in the romantic old town. The closest beach is 1.2km from the house and just 5km away is located a very lond sandy beach with several small restaurants, playgrounds for small kids and several sea sports. The whole area is ideal for holidays and is very safe. Our goal is to please our guest as much as possible, thus we will be in continuous contact in case anything comes up or need to ask anything.
