A staircase leads to a comfortable air-conditioned bedroom and a bathroom with wc on the upper floor. The balcony offers beautiful endless blue view of the Aegean sea. The property is two minutes walking from the vibrant village Agios Ioannis and it’s local restaurants. There are three beautiful beaches within walking distance: Agios Ioannis, Plaka and Pappa Nero (from 3 to 10 minutes). You can enjoy many things to do in the area, from relaxing on a beach to swimming, hiking around Pelion Mountain and explore local mountain villages, boat trips, tours, eating delicious food, drinking, or just enjoying your surroundings.
