This cheerful and light-filled three-storey house is ready to accommodate guests comfortably. Everything in this apartment is well laid out and in excellent condition. There are a total of four bedrooms with various bed accommodations in each. There is one large bedroom, one average-sized, and two smaller bedrooms for up to ten guests in total making this an ideal rental for a large family, two smaller families or a group of friends. Kitchen: There is a new, fully-equipped kitchen for your convenience while on holiday. Everything you need to cook while on holiday is here. We include all of the necessary appliances and tools to facilitate cooking. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all one continuous large space. There's also a common area on the down floor where there is sofa bed that can accomodate 1-2 people. ★ Area: ★ The house is located on a hill just 100m from the pretty port of Sivota where you will find many cafes, restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Everything you need is easily accessible on foot! Do as the Greeks do and enjoy life as you walk everywhere! Minutes from the house you'll find the gorgeous (and somewhat isolated) Bella Vraka Beach, Karvouno Beach, Galikos Molos. The area is famous for its beautiful beaches and emerald waters with far fewer tourists than you find else where in Greece. ★ Thesprotia was once occupied by the Romans and later ruled by the Ottomans. Greece annexed it in 1913. It is known for its beaches and vast farmlands. Two of its rivers, the Thyamis and the Acheron, are rooted in Greek mythology. Sivota is about 5 hours' drive from Athens or you can take a one-hour flight to Corfu and the ferry to Igoumenitsa which is 30-minutes' drive along the coast. Parga is 28 km. The nearest airport is Ioannina Airport 78 km away & Aktion Airport, 95 km away. The port of Igoumenitsa offers ferry routes to the islands of Corfu and Paxoi (includes Antipaxoi), as well as Italy. ★
