Beachside 1st Floor apartment with a nice view. With a large bedroom equipment with a bid wardrobe and a semi-double bed. We can also offer and a camp bed in the bedroom for more convenience. Bright Living Room with pull out sofa bed in which two members of the family can sleep. Also there is an equiped Kitchen with Fridge Freezer for all your holidays needs. In the bathroom there is washing machine.
300 metres from the beach. In the beach there are full equipped beachbars that can enjoy cocktails infront of the sea. Also there are playgrounds for the children. Near to the beach there is a marine in which every day a ships make a small sea trips from Peraia to Thessaloniki's centre. 5 minutes walk from the Central Square of Neoi Epivates with wide range of restaurants and bars mainly serving authentic Greek traditional food. There are also shops with souvenirs which can invite in your walks. Also there are supermarkets and bakery for daily shopping. In 20 minutes with car and 30 minutes with bus is located Mediterranean Cosmos Mall in which you can drink your coffee and shopping from a big variety of stores. Only 15 minutes distance from the Thessaloniki Airport.
