A new luxury residence on a centrally located pedestrian str in Heraklion. At the heart of the historic city centre, at 7 Evans Str, next to the old city market, 50m from Lions sq, 150 m from the archeological museum and within walking distance of all the sights, cafes, shops and public transportation! Building on our experience in hospitality we have created 4 spacious luxurious apartments. The apartment (50sqm), ideal for hosting 2 or 4 people, boasts a balcony, 100Mbs and all the facilities.

Neighborhood info

The apartment, although located in the historical center of the city, is located on a pedestrian street and is quite quiet. The neighborhood is central and quiet and has banks, shops, pharmacies, while it is very close to all the points of interest in the city. It is less than a 5-minute walk from the city's shopping center, restaurants and cafes, as well as the city's archaeological museum.
