Welcome to Evilou's House property! Evilou’s home is ideally situated near Paros town. It’s prime location offers panoramic sea views to the port & the town of Paroikia but takes less than 7 minutes to go by car into the town and 5 minutes to go by car into the beach Livadia. Nightlife, restaurants, grocery stores, banks etc are all easily accessible. Evilou's home is a charming traditional Parian home with an outdoor tree lined garden and dining terrace.
Evilou's home is unique because of the close location to the nightlife of Naousa and Paroikia,the serenity and the spectacular views it offers, the spaciousness of the home, the bathroom and the bedroom. All it’s authentic characteristics are true to Parian style homes and have been kept lovingly by the family who invite you to have a memorable Parian experience.In close distance there are also many sandy beaches - Livadia and Krios and Marcello- one of our cleared watered, <> beaches on Paros. Residential area 5 minutes drive from the port of Paroikia -the old city- traditional restaurants "tavernas", coffe/breakfast places, food market and rest shops.
