Η θέση του καταλύματος είναι ιδιαίτερη καθώς έχει ανεμπόδιστη θέα στη θάλασσα και στο νησί της Ντίας. Η παραλία της Ψαρομούρας με τα κρυστάλλινα νερά και τη μοναδική φυσική ομορφιά βρίσκεται μόλις 2΄ με τα πόδια. Το κοντινότερο bar- restaurand απέχει μόλις 150m. Το χωριό και τα εστιατόρια απέχουν μόλις 500m , ενώ το σούπερ μάρκετ βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 350m. Η στάση του λεωφορείου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500m και η μετάβαση στην πόλη του Ηρακλείου γίνεται εύκολη με την πληθώρα των δρομολογίων. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι άνετα , πλήρως εξοπλισμένα και μπορούν να κάνουν τη διαμονή σας αξέχαστη.

Η γειτονιά μου είναι ήσυχη με πανοραμική θέα σε βουνό και θάλασσα, ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές. Απολαμβάνεις το όμορφο φυσικό τοπίο, την καθαρή θάλασσα για μικρούς και μεγάλους ενώ ποτέ δεν έχει κύματα γιατί είναι κόλπος.
