Its first floor holds a living room with several sofas, a fireplace and if you want you can use the huge dining table for your meals and play and relax by the piano . On the same floor there is a a modern bedroom with a blue sofa , an office room ,a laundry room and a storage room. Use the fully-equipped kitchen to prepare home cooked meals. The 2nd floor has another modern living room with fireplace, another kitchen and one bedroom with its bathroom. All bedrooms hold built-in closets, and offer access to balconies with amazing views of the garden, the forest and the sea. The third floor has three bedrooms with private balconies and one bathroom. Wi-Fi, a library filled with books and board games, and an antique piano are provided. Guests will find themselves within a 15-minute walk from the famous white sand beaches of Sani, and a 10 minute walk from the restaurants and shops of the marina. Thessaloniki International Airport is 45 minutes away by car.A gardener and swimming pool keeper will visit the estate once a week .Weekly cleaning and house keeping is included in the regular price. A daily cleaning service and an in-house cook could be arranged at an extra cost.
My name is Ourania and I live in Thessaloniki. Most of my summer holidays I spend it in exclusive pool villa in Sani area, I love this place! My favorite is to stay there with friends or family sunbath by the pool the whole morning and after have a home cooked meal in the table under the olive tree. The environment Is incredible the cool air under the trees the view of the forest and the sea is like you are in paradise!
Sani Resort is a luxury cosmopolitan resort, which includes 5 luxury 5 star hotels with amazing private sandy beaches. You have access to the facilities of the hotels, such as bars, restaurants, spa centers, tennis courts, watersports, and so much more. You can also have access to the private beaches of the hotels. There is a marina with yachts where you can find some of the finest restaurants of Chalkidiki .
