Faistos Cottage is a peaceful studio for those who wish to discover the unspoiled part of Crete. The studio is located very close to one of the most significant antiquities site of Crete. Matala beach is also very close, just 15 minutes by car.
Agios Ioannis is a quiet traditional settlement of southern Crete in the plain of Messara. The small village is located next to the archeological site of Phaistos. Very close are the coastal areas with the sandy beaches Matala, Komos, Kalamaki and Kokkinos Pyrgos. The settlement of Agios Ioannis is an ideal destination for those looking the peace and relaxation away from the frenetic rhythms of the city. The distance from the small town of Mires is just 5 minutes drive where you will find services, shops, stores, banks, etc. The distance from Heraklion airport is 50 km.
