The apartment Family is perfect for a family with 2 children or 4 guests. It has 70 sqm with 2 bathrooms and large veranda with canopy and table for dining outside.The beach is only 40 metres away. It offers free WiFi, a 32 inch flat screen TV with satellite channels and ChromeCast for netflix and other smart apps. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, toaster and microwave. Towels and bed sheets are provided. Every room is fitted with ceiling fans. The living room has a strong air condition. All rooms can be heated with central heating. Pittoresque stairs lead to the apartment.

Derveni Location and Surroundings The best reasons for a visit Modern, fully furnished apartments, just a few metres from the sea. The coastal town has the flair of a typical Greek village. Crystal clear sea, gravel beaches, wonderful sunsets, regional delicacies, no mass tourism. Bakeries, supermarkets, bars, cafés and tavernas are all within walking distance. The house is perfectly situated for day trips to the most important archaeological sites and for excursions into the mountains and wine regions. The famous Akropolis is just 140 km away. Hikers can follow the European E4 Trail along the “Odontotos” railway from Diakofto to Kalavryta. The EU awarded the beach in Derveni a blue flag for the outstanding water quality.
