That's what we want to see to our guest's faces everyday together with the feeling of satisfaction for their choices. That's why we are all day available and ready to to help with anything our guests may need and to provide all the necessary information about the places,the beaches and the sites they can visit in order to explore our region to the best possible way. This is a family driven business with a friendly and warm atmosphere and all the staff is fully dedicated in making our guests meeting up with their expectations!

Undoubtedly, the location of our accommodation is one of the main reasons that make it special. All our apartments have balconies with panoramic direct views to the Ionian Sea and to the sunset. Furthermore, the property is only 50 meters far from the nearest beach, and our guests can visit this spectacular sandy beach right in front of our apartments, it's just one minute by foot. The accommodation is in such a position that all the apartments are sunlit and cool in summer. Each apartment provides self-catering as they are well equipped with the necessary cooking equipment. The environment is pleasantly landscaped with small garden, tables and chairs, small domestic animals and playground for the little ones, and this makes our guests feel cozy and pleasant. Finally, benefits like fast Wi-Fi and cleanliness are the main priority for our accommodation. Besides, all this can be determined also from the high rating of our ratings on booking. com!

Neighborhood info

Our village,Mytikas, is a picturesque seaside resort on the Ionian Sea, built a few meters above sea level, with mild tourism and beautiful beaches. ”Faros” beach, located just below the complex, is ideal for relaxation. It is sandy and the morning shows natural shade. From Mytikas also begins the longest beach of the European Union, the famous beach “Monolithi” which stretches for several kilometers, where there are beach bars that provide customers with free sun beds and umbrellas. In Mytikas you can find super markets, stand, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, fruit stores and several restaurants! Only 7 kilometres from our accommodation, is located the beautiful city of Preveza. Preveza is a coastal city with a picturesque sidewalk port and a historical centre. The shops, the market, the seaside coffee shops the taverns and the activities that provides make Preveza an ideal destination for a nightly visit. Also, our area is full of archaelogical treasures! 2 kilometres far from our apartments is located the Anicient Nicopolis the bigger saving ancient city of Greece. Also, Nekromantio,Acheron River,Ancient Casope are all located very near and are ideal destinations for daily trips!
