Flamingo View Suites & Villas is a family-run boutique accommodation in Halkidiki, created and managed with personal care by our team. We started with Flamingo View Suites in 2022 and expanded with Flamingo View Villas in 2024. Today, we manage one boutique property consisting of 8 modern loft-style suites and 5 private-pool villas, located near the Agios Mamas Lagoon, between Kassandra and Sithonia. What makes us stand out is our hands-on approach. We are personally involved in the daily operation of the property, from guest communication and check-in support to maintenance, improvements and local recommendations. Our goal is to offer a more personal, peaceful and well-cared-for stay, with attention to cleanliness, comfort, privacy and outdoor living. We chose this location because of its natural beauty, open views and calm atmosphere. The nearby lagoon, the surrounding landscape and the easy access by car to both Kassandra and Sithonia make Flamingo View a special base for discovering Halkidiki. Welcome to Flamingo View Suites & Villas, a boutique accommodation in Halkidiki, close to the Agios Mamas Lagoon, between Kassandra and Sithonia.
