🌿 Forest Within – A Private Villa in Nature Set in the peaceful Fourni Forest, Forest Within is a private 156 sqm villa on a two-acre estate, designed for comfort, privacy and a slower pace of living. Listed for up to 6 guests. Just a short drive from Archanes and within easy reach of Heraklion, with a short minute bumpy dirt path through the forest. 🛋 Layout & Living Spaces The villa unfolds across two main levels, plus an additional loft-style “Onta” above the entrance level. As you enter, you arrive at the kitchen and living area, which opens onto a balcony with wide views over the plain, olive groves and vineyards, with Heraklion and the sea visible in the distance. This level also includes a guest WC and the stairs leading up to the Onta, an elevated sleeping and relaxation space that may suit a couple or children. 🛌 Bedrooms & Bathrooms The lower level includes the villa’s three bedrooms, all with balcony doors opening directly to the garden, hot tub and cold plunge area. The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are supported by a shared bathroom arrangement on the same level, including a separate washbasin area, a WC, and a shower set within the indoor hammam. Because of the bathroom layout, the villa is listed for a maximum of 6 guests, although there are additional flexible sleeping spaces if needed. 🎬 Distinctive Spaces & Wellness Also on the lower level is the “Chayiati”, a vaulted relaxation space designed for quiet moments, movie screenings with the projector, or PlayStation use. If needed, it may also suit 2 children for sleeping. One of the villa’s most distinctive features is the indoor hammam with colour therapy. It can perfectly be combined with the hot tub and the ice tube, for a unique wellness experience within the home. 🌸 Outdoor Living & Views The panoramic terrace includes an outdoor dining area and lounge space, with views across the hillside towards the sea and the island of Dia.

Located just south of Heraklion, near Kato Archanes, Fourni offers a rare combination of tranquility and easy access to some of central Crete’s most important landmarks. 🌲 Nature & Outdoor Activities The area is perfect for walking, hiking and cycling, with forest paths lined by pine, cypress and olive trees. Parts of the European E4 trail pass nearby, offering scenic routes through the countryside.
