“Κατακαίνουργιο και πεντακάθαρο. ΠΑΡΑ ΠΟΛΥ θετικό η ύπαρξη παρκινγκ καθώς η περιοχή έχει τεράστιο θέμα. Σε γενικές γραμμές, και με δεδομένες τις τιμές της περιοχής, η σχέση τιμής προς απόδοση είναι πολύ καλή. Θα το επέλεγα και πάλι.”
