Welcome to an authentic Greek village away from the tourist centers. If you enjoy to hear the ringing of sheep's bells from the olive grove behind the fence and the evening concert of jackals from the mountains, if you like to walk to the well next to the waterfall to get water and listen to Eleni, a lovely villager saying good morning to you along the village street - then this is the place for you. On the roof terrace, you can admire the Milky Way in the night sky and even sleep there if you wish. The road noise will not reach you, but the important points are close by: Ben olive mill 400 m stores and tavernas in walking distance Kalamata airport 28 km Ancient Messene 14 km Agia Theodora 15 km nearest beach Kalo Nero 34 km Kalamata 40 km Artemisia, my second favourite village with best water in the well 61 km Mystras 82 km Ancient Olympia 87 km Athens 210 km
