A very hospitable space with an artistic orientation, an environment that is both functional and serene. The space invites you to enjoy all the beatiful details and you will feel the enchanting atmosphere from the very first moment. For the sake of luxury, we used natural materials for the decor and construction (wood, stone, fabric, marble) while many creations are hand-made. Each room is decorated with works of art that belong to a different theme, but with a human focus . In the living room there is a hifi sound system and a Smart 4K TV which is connected to the Internet (Youtube, Netflix etc.) for hours of leisure. There are also two bookshelves with Greek and English books. This central room provides many choices of electric lighting for every occasion. In one bedroom you will find an office desk with a computer in case you need it. The kitchen is fully equipped. For hot water in the shower, touch the square switch located outside the bathroom, which will turn off by itself after 16 minutes. You can then take a shower. The apartment building accomodates families and has an elevator.

For the honor you're doing me, I consider it my highest duty to make your stay as hopsitable as possibe. Personally the activities I enjoy are walking, watching films, and especially reading.

The neighborhood is safe since it is located in the city center. The apartment is in the rhythm of the modern city of Serres, without the guests being disturbed by the city's buzz, due to the insulation of the accommodation. There are four museums within walking distance. The central square of the city is just 4 minutes away. There are shops, bars, cafes, ouzo, fast food and grill restaurants. Especially around the apartment, in a very close distance there are luxury areas but also with delivery, taverns, bakeries, pastry shops, pizzerias, bougatsa, grill restaurants with excellent gyros, supermarkets, mini markets that operate 24/7, taxi and bus stations, as well as public parks. Parking space can be found nearby, either for a fee or for free. In a very short distance there are two over a thousand year old temples that reveal not only the old level of the city, but also its rich history. From the accommodation address you can start an impressive journey in the area of ​​the beautiful valley of Agios Anargyros with the organic nature covering the gaze and filling your soul. Revitalization is a promise. In the neighborhood of the valley is also the large verdant hill "Koulas", where there is a second promise to take your breath away from the impressive view of the city, being at a height of 90 meters, in the ruins of a Byzantine tower. There you can enjoy coffee, food or drink, "hanging" on the top of the hill. Note that the climb on foot is possible but difficult. From the same area you will drive by car to reach the location "Lailias", where a ski resort operates at an altitude of 1600 meters. Generally speaking, the town is located in the center of the prefecture, so the routes to all the interesting sights (lakes, mountains, settlements, rivers, etc.) are within reach.
