Welcome to luxurious Sani Beach Gallery Villa! This family vacation home (fully equipped) has been renovated in 2019 based on the distinct Greek white & blue minimalism on the outside while having a colorful & cozy design on the inside. Located on an amphitheatrical hill, it is in harmony with the surrounding nature providing privacy to its guests. Our Villa is one of the limited properties in the area that has a breathtaking sea view to enjoy when waking up, coffee-ing, dinning or just gazing amazing sunsets over Mount Olympus! The Villa is only 5’ away from the nearest beach by car but your private outdoor 6m jacuzzi/ spa/ pool seems always a great idea! Your children will love it playing on the lawn garden while you are relaxing in its lounge! In addition to all the above mentioned highlights, let’s not forget the outdoor stone barbecue awaiting every aspiring cook..
Hi! I am Michalis and I am co-owner of our family vacation villa along with my brother Petros. We both grew up in Thessaloniki, Greece, but nowadays I am permanently living in Athens and working in an international pharmaceutical company, while my brother continues living in Thessaloniki and managing his own jewellery company. Like many residents of Thessaloniki, our family acquired this beautiful vacation villa for short or long getaways all year long. The villa, which was built in 1992, has been fully renovated in 2012 & 2019 in order to provide high quality services to us and our customers. Unfortunately, due to my relocation & my brother's highly demanding job, we couldn't enjoy this property regularly any more.. And that's why we decided to rent it, but only to selective guests that could respect and afford it!
Sani Beach Holiday Resort, located in Kassandra Halkidiki/ Chalkidiki and only 80km from Thessaloníki, is considered to be the most luxurious spot. Whether you seek calm or more active holidays, this beautiful resort provides its guests with warm & clear waters, a variety of restaurants/ cafeterias/ bars and lots of children & adult activities. If you are looking forward to creating new unforgettable memories this is the place to be! Sani Marina is just 5’ away from the Villa by car. There, you can find restaurants for every taste, boutiques for souvenirs and a supermarket for daily needs. Patisserie, coffee shops and bars are open most of the hours of the day! Bousoulas beach bar is great for either calm or more intense beach life! There is a theatre operating neat the marina welcoming various artists! If you have children be sure to visit the playground near Sani Hotel. For sportsmen, don’t miss: Rafa Nadal Tennis Center, Chelsea FCF Academy, beach volleyball, PADI scuba diving, watersports, Adventure Park! Finally, for show & music lovers there is international Sani Festival!
