A spacious house which can host one or two families, with a large garden in a very friendly and peaceful neighborhood. There is no passing traffic and parking outside the property is never a problem. The property is situated in a quiet residential area, but within only 5 minutes walk (600 meters) one can be at the beach (Varkiza Resort) or shops for the necessary supplies. You can choose between a night out at a bar or restaurant by the sea or a quiet evening under the mulberry trees.
Quiet family neighborhood with detached houses, 600m. away from the beach (Varkiza Resort) and centre of Varkiza. Varkiza is flat, so perfect for cycling or walking. The nearest bus station is located 2 minutes away, and offers a connection to the Athens Metro. In case you have a car, parking outside the property is free and safe.
