This unique house is located at the residence Myconiatica near Kallikrateia of Halkidiki only 25 minutes far from the international airport of Thessaloniki ''Macedonia'' and it's undoubtedly a unique house especially for families but also for younger people since its very close to Beach Bar Marbella, Copa Shape Beach Bar and Aloha Beach bar. Plenty of water sports, jet ski rental etch. At Kallikrateia you can also find super markets, bakeries and also open markets with local products. About 20 minutes from the property located a WaterPark "Waterland" with water slides to enjoy all the family. For your shopping you can visit Meditteranean Cosmos a big mall full of brands ot the Enigma mall about 15 min. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 living room with a sofa-bed,1 toilet with shower,2 sides balcony with gardening front,outside seating lounges and outside shower after your return from the beach. A balcony with a swing chilling the nights and a table tennis to keep fit. Parking space for 2 cars.
